Once again many thanks to the previous authors and their posts on this matter. Extremely helpful!I work for RS Components Ltd , PO Box 99, Corby Northants, NN17 9RS in the UK and we received an e-mail enquiry via our Export department on 25/8/11 from Helen Bolt (helensafety0194@gmail.com) for 12 large full face respirators, 3M model 6900S. I just had an unauthorized purchase on my personal mastercard. Someone stole the number and tried to buy a tatooing maching. They used the email address of helensafety0094@gmail.com.The company, thankfully, googled me and called my cell to verify because it was such an odd order. I told them I had received a call from the fraud dept. of my credit card and it was an unauthorized purchase. If you need further details, email me at dwestbeld@deerparktx.org.I hope they catch helensafety0194@gmail.com!!Debbie

I was not approached by a company. I was approached on an online dating site. I'm a widow and this scam artist really had me going for a while. I won't go into any details but something didn't seem right to me. Right after we started communicating on the website I was stupid enough to give him my email and my phone number. After a week of communication, he told me that he owned his own construction company and he had to go to Malaysia to do a job and would be away for two weeks. He professed his undying love for me and sent me pictures of himself and his family. He called me from Malaysia and I verified the international area code with the phone company. I must admit there was something that still didn't feel right. However, I still believed he loved me and wanted to see me when he got back. Then a red flag went up when after two weeks he told me that he could not return to the states because he ran out of money and wanted me to wire him $5000.00 so that he could finish his construction job and come home to me. ( We had never met......only communicated by email and telephone) I told him that I was a little suspicious and wanted to know the name and phone number of his construction company here in the states. When I checked it out, the name and number didn't match. When I googled the 718-234-8097 I realized it was a scam. Then I started reading all the letters people had received and noticed that the grammar and punctuation was terrible and a phrase was used " I await your read "...........this was all too familiar. Also, this guy who called himself James Jackson always used the lower case letter " i "................he also had a thick accent. As I read some of these stories, the grammer and punctuation are identical.Fortunately, I never sent him the money, however, It did cost me over 400 dollars in phone calls. I hope this information is helpful to others who go on dating sites.
