They call every day & never leave a messageI never pick up the phone unless someone starts talking it's avoids scammers
If they are legit, how come they don't honor DNC requests? Just another trash masquerading as legot company!!!! Block them!!!
So I am sitting here when my phone rings, It shows 718-559-4093 and King D on the caller ID. I thought who could this be, so I answered and gave them all my information, DL#, SS#, Address, Phone numbers, Bank account #'s, everything they asked for, I trusted them and then it hit me, they could be scamming me. So I hung up..I know I was rude I just didn't want to speak with them anymore just in case they were scammers....Was I wrong or rude hanging up like that? After all I gave them my personal information what else was a person to do? At least they have my information, It's not like I asked them for theirs, I'm not that nosey, they can just call me back....Actually I didn't do any of the things I just laid out, I simply never answered the phone in the first place....I know they expected to have me do the things I said....NOT gonna happen....
These people are relentless . Even though I blocked them, I get one ring at almost 11pm.I just call them back, put the receiver down, and watch tv. I think I'll just leave it down all night. Not getting a disconnect tone so hopefully I'm tying them up......BTW I've bitched to Fidelity , never heard back.
Have received a couple of calls from this number, usually around 6:30 pm. Caller ID is "American Stock"
This outfit has been calling incessantly for the last month or so. Early on, I answered one of the calls, and some guy began speaking totally broken English - I could not understand a word except when he mispronounced my name. Interrupted his spiel, told him not to call here again until he learned to speak real English, and slammed down the phone. They continue ringing my number. They never leave a message. If they are a legit outfit, they would leave a message, and they would speak English. If the people who posted early in this thread are correct that the calls are from Fidelity, then I'm going to sell whatever Fidelity funds I've got. I do not appreciate my phone ringing at 6:40 AM and at 8:10 PM. Caller ID says "American Stock".
