Got an incredibly cryptic, automated voicemail from this number at 12:17 am my local time. It turns out it was in Arabic and said: "Yahoo Inquiry Code 4-3-6-9-1-7" after I ran it through Google Translate a bunch of times. Not sure if some Arab fat-fingered his phone number trying to log into his Yahoo! account or if my number is being used for some no good-ery in the Middle East, but it's creepy as heck.
Since posting this, I've received two other calls in the middle of the night from this number, reciting the same string of numbers in Arabic.
