I called the TX atty general office to complain, and the lady immediately knew the scam - she said it was "Phishing" - they want your credit card number and then will hang up if some unsuspecting bloke gives it to them. They use stolen cell phones, etc - hence the calls form all over the country using a variety of numbers. She said there is little to do, but DO NOT TALK TO THEM. It is unlikely a company, just some crooks.

IS A "NO CALL LIST" ACTUALLY ENFORCED?? IS ANYONE ACTUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR IT?? WE RECEIVE THE SAME MESSAGE FROM THIS NUMBER ON ONE OF FOUR SEPARATE PHONE NUMBERS DAILY

That wont work, Iv been getting this call for about 2 yrs now 1x a week. She says this is "Rachel form card serves" I have reported this number many times and nothing happens. Iv tried to call the number back, and u cant get a hold of anyone. Sometimes it will be a local #, saying its "Rachel from card servies", so I call the number back real fast and a man will answer and not know what m talking about, he says he never called me. One time I did call that number back real fast and got to talk to someone, and I told her that im on the NO NOT CALL LIST, and you need to stom calling. So it did stop for about 3 months then started up again. Good luck to everyone getting this call.

Everyday they try and call. If I don't answer why keep calling.

What does this issue have to with "growing up, growing some balls, and paying your bills"? I got this call too. I don't have unpaid bills. I don't have any credit cards. I have ovaries and a uterus so I would get quite worried if I were to "grow some balls and man up." Your comment was assumptive and rude and did absolutely nothing to further the conversation. These aren't collections calls. They are cold calls fishing for information and gullible people who would hand over their credit card info.We need to find a way to stop these people and see that they receive justice for breaking the law. It doesn't appear FTC complaints have dome anything so far. Adding your number to the Do Not Call registry doesn't stop them. Being nice doesn't stop them and neither does being rude. Something has got to give.

This company calls although I am on every "Do not call" list there is. Twice I have waited through the pre-recorded message and been connected to a person. Twice I have asked to be put on their "Do not call list" and twice I have been hung up on. They rudely say nothing and worse, they evidently do not honor my request.

got a call at noon today, no message, did the reverse phone call and said it was telemarketer, so i texted his butt to tell him to stop. If he doesnt I will continue to call him and bother him...think its the same Mike Anderson from phone number 281-217-0241.....
