Got a call from this number while I was out. No message. Tried to call back and get a message saying I didn't dial correctly and that I should contact the operator.
"Kelly from legal services" regarding lower by credit card interest rates. Recorded message, does not identify company information in violation FCC requirements.
Called I answered....the caller sat on the line without responding for 10-15 seconds then hung up.....very creepy....i hope it's no scam
They called my cell - I did not answer -they left no message :) Then I came here to check out the number.Just want to say thank you to all the people that took the time to post this number :)

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
