BTW: The caller ID shows up as VA Mortgage Payment, but really MIC. My number is on the do not call registry, I filed a complaint on them with BBB. I also filed a complaint with the FTC. I specified the call times, dates, etc... We'll see if they get their business license stripped or if them just leave me alone!

They are a mortgage company calling people with VA loans trying to give you a lower rate.

I was called by (727) 346-0230 and checked this on this site. I called and told them I was on the National do not call list and to put me on their do not call/do not promote list. The guy that answered spoke too fast for me to get the name, but I heard something about loans. 'Tim' asked if I had been told what they were trying to offer and I told him I wasn't interested, he then tried to mention the 'benefits for veterans. I informed him that I am not a veteran, I don't care, and I want them to stop blowing up my phone. He took my number to put the standard block in the system. I then turned around and immediately called another number that had been blowing my phone up (855) 247-8072, and the same guy answered! I repeated my demand and he took the number to put a block on it in the system. Why don't the call types below have sales or solicitation listed?

Got a cal around 3:30, guy claimed he was with the VA, which I bought at first as caller ID said "VA Mortgage Protection.” He asked me if I knew my APR and I told him, sure, 4.5%. I guess he couldn’t come anywhere near that so he asked me the APR on my 2nd loan secured by deed And I knew instantly he was not from VA as VA does not allow seconds to be taken on a home for which they have guaranteed the financing. He was still talking faster and louder as I told him not to call me again. I blocked his number permanently with my Panasonic telephone. Great feature, that.

Caller ID says Mortgage InvFirst thing I say is "I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST, TAKE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST"!
