I have received about 7 phone calls today from this number and about 3 unknown phone calls. When I pick up the phone there is no answer on the other end. Pure silence...i just keep saying hello hello hello...and hang up. I tried calling it back and it is a busy tone. I hope my hello's weren't being used as some kind of verification. What should I do?

They just call and call but will not leave a message?

I didn't answer the phone when this number appeared as I don't answer my cell phone when I don't recognize the number so I looked it up online and found what all these people have been saying. I thought it was a telemarketer when they called me 3 times in 5 minutes and wouldn't leave a message. thanks for the heads up.

I have not actually answered the call because I usually dont answer numbers i dont know. but, I did call it back once and it said please wait for the next available operator so i hung up. this number has called 3 times just today! they have been calling me for over 3 months now. at least 30 times so far. maybe more!!!

We received a call as well from this same phone number today(727-712-0382) no one spoke on the other end when we answered. Thanks everyone for posting. At least we know what they're up to.

Received the first call on 8/20 from Qlty Resources and was immediately told I was getting the $40.00 gas gift card to which I responded "why?". Was told it was a thankyou gift for my recent purchase of something either off television or the internet but he couldn't tell me what it was. I said his explanation didn't sound right or normal. At this point he became very aggressive and started yelling so I hung up. Now I'm getting 2 or 3 hang up calls per day. I am reporting the nuisance calls to my Attorney States General and signing up on the www.donotcall.gov list. But It honestly shocks me that this company continues to get away with this fraud with all the complaints I'm seeing here.

I actually got a call from this number while I was looking it up on Google. My son answered and pretended not to understand english, and someone asked for me by name!!! They did not leave a message when asked. I am curious as to how they got my name and what other info they have on me!!!

Keeps calling and calling and calling, but don't say a word. I can hear background noise though!

I knew this was a scammer but answered anyway. I was told that since I was a perferred customer I could get a $40.00 gas card. Told the butt muncher "don't...", he hung up before I could the rest of....call again" out of my mouth. The next time I'm in FLA. I'll go by and see these [***]!!
