This started happening after I used my cell number for when doing a transaction with ticketsclub.com who operates out of the netherlands. with the wonders of modern technology they could simply be using a telephone number in Florida and operate from another country without any legal ramifications.

this number has been calling me for 2 days all of a sudden. I had called back & got a busy signal. I called again and got placed on hold. I hope that number stops calling seeing that I don't give out my number like that....

We can't tell you who sold your information because we don't know, but what i can tell you is the company is "contracted" from the company you bought whatever from to be the order confirmation department and also that the owner (Cheryl) as you can see on the joy behar show (which you can find on youtube) rented a house in the hamptons for 2 weeks for $500,000. What they don't tell you is that our slave driver lowered the pay for all of her 300+ employees and thats where the money came from for her to take a vacation. I have worked there for some time and it used to be fun to work there. Mainly because no one knew what was going on so you can't blame the rep that called you but now with being there for the time that i have and learning all the little dirty secrets about the company i am desprite to find a real job. One where i dont have to go home at the end of the night and feel guilty thinking about how many people really got screwed. Being in a sensitive position within the company prevents me from saying much more but if you don't want to be called you have to tell them to take you off the list. They keep calling and hanging up, they may be trying to:1. Get your voice mail to get name id, or other info,2. Find out who the telephone # belongs to?3. Aggravate people who have been contacted by Midland Funding LLC in California or other Collection Agencies for Collection of old debts.

Calls everday between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. I never answer the phone. Today I blocked the number.

These people call all the time, my daughter asked if she could answer this time (just a min ago)--I said go ahead! The person on the other end of the phone asked her for me by my middle name--which is how it is listed with the phone company--so they could be pulling numbers that way. Of course my daughter just said I wasn't available, and asked if they would like to leave a message--and OF course they said NO-no message. hung up.
