They called twice this evening. First time I didn't answer. After reading some of these posts, I decided tomorrow I would call and ask to have my number removed. Second time they called, I answered, politely said I don't do surveys and asked to be removed. Young lady said she could do that for me right now. Hopefully the calls from this number stop.

i have received SIX phone calls in the last ONE HOUR. every time i answered they hung up on me. twice, when i sat there in silence they finally came on the line and actually said something. i was told "this is central research and we are calling to do a survey." i asked how they received my numbe, which they were unable to answer, and then i asked to be removed from their list. obviously, it wasnt completed when i received a call 18 minutes later. this time it was a woman who saidshe was "just doing her job" and that she would remove me. i bet you i will get another call...and either way i am reporting them to the do not call website. i am already on the national do not call website so i am not sure how they can get away with calling me this many times asking me for some dumb survey. if i am on a list, then DONT FREAKING CALL ME. it should be a law that no company should be required to ask for any phone number. its equired signing up for every website on the planet and then they sell your info like your an object. no wonder identity theft is so prominent. everyone is abusive and im sick of dealing with these characters.

Who ever is calling from this # calls and if I do not answer the phone this horrific beeping keeps going until I go to every phone in the house and hang up and when I'm not home who knows how long that horrific beeping goes on. I'm tired of this caller please put it on the no call list for everyone who has been annoyed by this caller.

727 819 9536 read the messages above. They hung up when phone answered. Sounds like same experiences above caller's received Caller ID showed Central Research also at 727 819 9536

I've been getting more and more calls from this number over the past couple of weeks. It seems like the more I try to talk to them, the more they call. Not once has anyone ever been on the line. I call back and it rings and rings, then goes to busy signal. Then they call me 10 minutes later but there's no one there. So now it's 2:30 in the morning and I decide to Google them and found this page. I've called the 819-2217 number twice just now and no answer. I guess I'll try again when it's convenient for them to answer.

This 727-819-9536 number keeps calling like at least a few times an hour. When I answer, there is no response. I want them to stop harassing me, disturbing my sleep and basic peaceful enjoyment of life. Based on comments about this company they have been doing this for years and apparently without repercussion. I agree w/ "stop calling strangers" and would consider looking them up if I am near their HQ and seeing if any of them would make interesting hunting game.

2 hang ups from this number. Unfortunately the DNC is a Joke! They do absolutely nothing. I own a business and kept careful records of all of the repeat offenders and when they called over a 6 month period. I filed complaints on all of them. Nothing was done and you cannot speak to anyone at DNC to explain why.

I received a call from these people around 2PM CDT and usually hang up but today I didn't. I asked them if they were sponsored by a political party and theyrefused to tell me. That should have turned on a red light but I was in an amenable mood so I spent the next 15-20 minutes answering their questions.They were actually polite no matter how I answered the questions and then they had to have the "supervisor" verify that they actually talked to a real person. Iwonder if this was so they could get paid for the conversation. I will not answer any further calls from any of the research organizations though. Most of the questions were political and I enjoy the game so I answered the questions honestly. I do believe that most people would have trouble answering the questions because there were double questions in the sentences. It could be confusing if a person is hard of hearing, elderly, poorly educated or is not a primary speaker of the English language. They did ask me what ethnic group I belonged to and what year I was born. Interesting at the very least. I really believe that the media combined with research groups is digging to see if they can determine who is going to win the November presidential election.
