Same guy called me saying he had a warrant for my arrest saying I had felony complaints about a fraudulent ck 7 years ago for a payday loan, was aggressive and wouldn't listen to me kept talking over me, I believed him though, I did have a payday loan and he knew my address my ss# my previous employer and previous bank, had me sick to my stomach, he said he was with national association of fraud investigators

He's a fraud. Learn your rights under the FDCPA. Then check your states Statutes of Limitations regarding debt. End of story. Be Safe. Be Aware. Gunnar

how can i block these guys...calling me about a company which i don't even know.

Someone else called from different number and different state yesterday saying I had 10 minutes to call him back or he was signing a warrant application and he said this is a very serious matter dear. I didn't answer they left a mess. I did call the AG office and they told me that the payday loan was illegal in my state and that there was a court order for dismissal of the loan I and several others had, but theses people are saying they are not after the loan they are after check fraud because they tried putting an electronic check through on my bank account which was closed and they are saying its a felony and I'm gonna Be in jail for 45 days and bail at $25000, if I don't pay $1495 with credit card now. And they would send me confirmation through email. These people are not foreign but they have called from 4 different numbers that's from different states, one number said zenith check recovery.

This guy called and said I had a loan n bank declined and that I was going to jail if I didn't pay $1400. Would not send me any copies of file but kept threatening me. I hung up and called an attorney. Attorney told me can't get arrested cuz its an unsecure loan. Called em back and told them advice lawyer gave and guy got mad and threatened me was going to jail. Had my bank info and personal info. People need to quit threatening me and harassing me. Going to call Better Business Burea. How can I block their number. Also have same call from different states.

A lady from this number said I had bounced a check and they were issuing a warrant for my arrest unless I made arrangements to send the money immediately.Funny, I haven't had a checking or any kind of a bank account for years.It is unfortunate that they probably do get people so scared that they pay and won't ever be able to get their monies back.

I just got a call about a returned item from my bank and I haven't had a returned item forever and they said I could be arrested is this true

NO it is a Fraud. Just tell them you will have the law after them. And they will hang up fast
