I just got another call from this number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Figure if it's legit they will! So annoying!!

OK well this # has called here a dozen times being it is not an 800 # or other toll free # I truly doubt it is a charity. Well the * 60 worked for me on my Frontier Phone service they are Blocked. You can't block 800 type # but I can that one. LOLCaller ID says Ann Arbor

Thank you frencheese.. I also have a Panasonic phone set and after seeing your post about being able to BLOCK numbers, looked at my phone a little closer and found I too have that option!! Now for when that next ANNOYING "Card Services" call comes in.. They too will be on the blocked list.. Thanks again!

I had been letting my caller ID take the numbers first before I answer but finally I answered and on the other end asking for me from insight. I cut her off right away, told her to take me off your calling list and not to call again. so far it hqas worked. You really have to be real firm with them so they know you really mean it. I also tell them I have your number that I can call the police on them. Anything like that will usually do it.

Repeated calls from this Michigan number and others. They are Insight Teleservices, and make calls for charities. I called the number back and you have an option to be removed by pressing 1. I've done this many times, but I think they use a different number each time.

I received a call from the disabled vets a couple weeks ago...I said yes to a donation after they PRESSED me, but after receiving the stuff that you would mail back with your money, I researched the address and info on it and could not find anything on them...I googled the address and google earth had nothing....therefore, I have concluded that this charity is a scam and I am not sending them a thing. I just had this number call again and they are probably wondering why I haven't returned my donation. I should have known when they were really pressing me for a donationa and I already told them I have my own veterans charity I donate to so for them not to respect my answer, I should have hung up on them!!!

the only way to stop the call from the group is to get rid of land line phone.they won't stop.they make money for them self by getting money from you.

Well, the best solution to the problem is caller ID. When I get these calls, I just don't answer. If more of us did this, I think they would soon learn that this approach is not gaining them anything.

The MULTIPLE dead air calls are starting again after a week of silence due my previous complaints.
