This is MSI Research, Livonia, MI aka Market Strategies International. They do telephone interviews to help clients build or alter marketing strategies. Frankly, I stopped doing all interviews, surveys, or answering questions from companies like this as it is frequently an invasion of privacy. They must clearly state who they are and who they are doing research for and be verifiable by internet search. I'll bet I am only getting one personal phone call out of 40 or 50 anymore, there is soooo much bad stuff being perpetrated by phone. If you don't know the caller, just don't answer anymore.

Got a call at 5:45 pm EDT in OH. Call woke me from nap,and I did not answer. No message left. Blocked number. I notice all previous remarks were written 2016. Looks like they are using it again!
