I *67 & called back to get: "I'm sorry the number you dialed cannot be reached from your calling area..." then "# busy" b4 call disconnected.
Got a call from this number, two days in a row. We weren't home. Left no message. Caller ID just showed "out of area." Annoying, but no active scamming/spamming going on, best I can tell.
First call there was no caller ID, 2nd call says Livonia MI. Left no message either time. Just blocked.
Didn't give the data miners a chance to sell my number, just blocked it first, then came here. I believe I acted appropriately :)
Got two of these so far today. Caller ID only says "Michigan". Since I don't know anyone in Michigan, I've blocked the number
Called left no message, Caller Id showed "Market Strategies". Phone # was 734-743-2552. Annoying to say the least.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
