This phone number called approx. around noon today. The caller idea said Livonia Michigan. I am in Missouri and do not know anyone in Michigan so I did not answer. No voicemail left.
Sunday afternoon call. Caller ID MSI Research. Marketing Science Institute, a legitimate research company, can call on Sunday.
Caller ID: 734-743-2552 / MSI Research. Haven't heard from these scammers since 11/11/2017. Guess they had a lot of other people to bother in the last 5 months. Called at 08:40 PM last night.Blocked by the service whose name shall not be used here.Ha Ha Ha Ha!
Woman claiming to be conducting a survey, asking questions about whether or not I was in a situation where I could get hurt if my attention were diverted. Probably in an attempt to avoid a lawsuit or something, but anyway, she went on to ask me about having a "contact" with Georgia Power. Which actually pertains to me, so I actually talked to her for a few minutes... but I was very suspicious about the way she couldn't tell me what she meant by "contact". I'm writing it off as a cleverly scripted scam call. Even if it weren't a scam, it was a survey that called a number on the DoNotCall list... so that's illegal(ish) enough for me to call it a scammer call.
I think this was a tele-call trying to tell the world they were just selected as lead idiot in the Moron Hall Of Fame! Congratulations!
No message left. At this point, I’m not sure why it is legal for any entity without a preexisting or opt-in relationship with you to dial your phone number.
