Me to from Washington. Twice in a row,bout 10 seconds apart.I was recently on a cell phone site ???
Received call saying they could lower my credit card interest rate. I don't have credit cards. It said press 1 to talk to someone. Pressed 1 got a person I could barley hear over the woman yelling in the back ground. I asked how they could lower something I don't have. The woman said you might want to pull your credit report and hung up. Try to call it back and it says can't be completed as dialed.
Wtf?! I got the same thing from this number and when I tried to call it back, it said the call couldn't be completed at this time. Wtf is going on?!

I didn't recognize the number so I obviously was checking to see who it was
The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
