called at 9:30 am EDT. comes up as Name Unavailable. No message. Google says 748 area code is Mexico.
Guy wanted to clean up and fix my "compoooter", I had a good laugh, strung him along, asked about the weather and said it ws "verry hot" I asked where, he said "India" Told him I could hardly tell from his accent, wished him a nice day and hung up.
I knew it, should not have answered, but I did.Nobody on the line, then 10 seconds later a recorded voice announces "Goud Bye" and hangs up.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
