This number called back to back didn't leave any message, i didn't answer the phone because I did not recognized number I do believe that this number is a scam

This shows as a local number to me.I answered the first time and no one was there so I hung up.Within 10 minutes it called again. I let the answering machine pick up and no message.
Asked for me by name but won't say anything after that. Let the machine pick up and no message.
Caller called once, I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to VM. No VM. Called 4 minutes later. Didn't answer. I'm sure it's a scam.
I didn't bother to answer the number since they won't leave a message, they called me 2 time back to back. Annoying.
