Received call 4/23/09 4:21pm pacific time.name on phone said Sales Dept.Selling shares in a $4K-$5K gold and silver leveraging investments.I pushed #2 to declined the offer.Then the voice said my # had been removed from their system.Had to wait for the end of the message tho.

Another phony car warranty scam. I'm on the federal do not call registry and have filed a complaint. I was plagued by a similar scam last year getting calls several times each day. File a complaint each time you get one of these scammers.

If your getting calls for extending your car warranty, here's a bit of information I've been able to gather:Its an automated dialing service in Virginia, the number that shows up cannot be dialed again or you'll get a disconnected recording or a recording saying if you want to remove your number from there calling list, press 1 or 2. either way, you will continue getting the calls regardless of what you do. I've been harassed by this company for months now. Lately, I started talking with them, acting interested in their service. They have 2 layers to get through, the first is a transfer center, basically, a phone exchange operator, gets simple info and sees if you "qualify", if you hassle these ppl, they hang up on you. The second person you talk to is the sales rep, they'll tell what it costs for their service, ask for more info which includes VIN of your car and Credit card info. Its at this point I "accidently" hang up on them. Sometimes, I'll call their corporate office every 5 mins for a couple of hours, it really pisses them off, they told me to stop 'cuz it was annoying...

We have been receiving calls from this number to our cell phone for the last couple of months. They are a company selling an extended car warranty. We have asked repeatedly to be removed from their calling list, but the calls keep coming a couple times a day. Extremely annoying. How can it be stopped? Hope you can help Thank you. Just get call rejection service from your phone carrier and block these!

This number has called my home 15 times in 10 days. I held on the line to speak to an operator thinking that if I stayed on the line it would end the calls. The operator came on the line she asked "Do you have more than 3k in debt" I said no, and was in the process of telling her to take my number off your list and didn't get a chance to get my words out when she hung up on me. Since that happened 2 days ago they have called 7 times. I have called the number back and it has a recorded message that the number is disconnected. I have filled a complaint with the Federal Communication Commission. I Live in Massachusetts.

get the call everyday multiple times too. how do we shut them down? when i get a live person they claim to be getting their manager then hang up on me!!!!!!!

Have you tried blowing a whistle in the phone when they answer! I've done that before...just make sure you have a live person!
