received the same call, someone was on the other line, but said nothing and hung up, I called the number back and got a message stating the number had been disconnected

Called left no message. I tried to call back and they said that the number was disconnected or did not exist.

I a call about my auto warranty yesterday from this number. I listened through the recording and hit 2 to be taken off their list, and was told by a recording with an Australian accent recording that my number was removed. Today I got a call from the same number, except it was a survey about diabetes. I hit 2 to take my name off the list, and heard the same Australian guy tell me I was removed. I wonder what kind of weird call I will get from them tomorrow.

Re-finance

I told the guy at this number to put us on their do not call list. That I had done this several times and they were bugging us. He said your voice is bugging me. Then he said actually you sound hot. I said what. He said you sound hot. I said he was a pervert. He said a little, bye. Then hung up.

Here's an idea: the next time they call (which they do 3 times a day), press 1 and then hang up on them right after they start their Spiel. Another option is after they ask their first question (your name, what you called about, etc.), tell them "Yes, I'm responding to your invitation for a sex chat." Then hang up. It's time to turn the tables on them!

Have received 10 of these calls over the last week or so. Haven't answered any of them and they don't leave a message. This needs to stop.

multiple calls...and sale pitches...i talked to them several times...each time they are someone else...but every time they misrepresent the company...use generic names like "account services"...or satellite services"....these guys only want to get your credit card number...along with the name, address...and cvc code...then you will get hit with fraudulent charges no doubt...its a phishing probe...on the phone...using real, live people...some of them have no idea whats going on...or they just darn good actors...but the bottom line is...they are thieves...and need to be prosecuted...
