I just got a call from this number and it was scamdicapper Stu Feiner trying to sell me his lock picks for the NCAA basketball games today.

I answered a call from this number, and when I picked up the phone I heard this message:" My mistake. Sorry about that."

these people have called several times, dont know how they get through we have a do not call for telemarketers. they say they can lower all the interest rates on the credit cards. we have told them no you cant and we have asked to be removed from there calling list, they keep calling back. we have called the phone number back it says this number has been disconnected and is no longer in service, check the listing and try again if you feel this is a error.

If you go on the website for the do not call list you can report them. As for suing I'm not sure how it works. I just sat at my computer and went through my caller ID and reported 6 companies last weekend. I haven't heard back from the government yet and I don't know that I will. It just made me feel better! I am so tired of all these companies thinking they can get away with it! Good luck!

Automated message says they'd like to extend my car "Warranty". Funny thing is, I don't own a car!!!

call from 757 990 8981 - likely telemarket

I received a call from 1-757-990-8981 on my cell phone and received a voicemail message about "extending my warranty" when I didn't answer the call. I've received this unsolicited call regarding warranty extensions numerous times before both at home and at work.

I too am getting calls from 757-990-8981. They are telling me they can lower the interest rates on my credit card, but I do have a credit card. Another time they called, they told me they want to renew the warranty on my car. The only problem is I have never had a warranty on my car! I tried to opt out of the calls, but of course that doesn't work. When I talk to someone to have me removed, they just hang up on me. I am getting 2-4 calls a day and really want them to stop!!!

I have been getting calls for about 2 weeks now. I have always pressed 9 to have my number removed from call list, but they continue to call, so when I recieved a call from them just a few minutes ago I pressed option 1 to speak to someone and ask them to remove my number. As I began to ask the man on the other end of the line to remove my number he BURPED....yes, burped in my ear and hung up on me. I called the number back and got a recording that let me opt out. We will see if they call back again. If I do recieve another call from them I plan to contact the BBB about this.

I have asked them to stop calling me several times, they call about 3 times a day, they need to stop.
