This is a legit UHC number, I work for a medical facility. It has to do with their pre certification department, they just need more info.

The same phone number called me, I work nights, they woke me up. I told them to add me to their internal DO NOT CALL list , gave them a piece of my mind then hung up. After being woke up for a senseless call I then called the phone number on the back of my insurance card and told them the same to ADD me to their internal DO NOT CALL list. I also told their representative if they need any further info to send me a letter by U.S.Mail. If the call me again I will just change my phone number and not disclose it to them or doctors ever again. Like I said I told them to contact me by U S Mail

No one there and no message

This number called and left a message. The woman stated that she was calling from United Healthcare about vision benefits. She wanted to inform me that there is a new in network provider (Warby Parker). She provided a call back number of 18006383120.

I got a "missed call" on my phone from this number, and the caller did not leave a message. Since the call did turn out to be from Prescription Solutions, the failure to leave a message is very bad. All they need to do is ask us to call them back at their main number and then we'll know that we're dealing with the right company

Got a call from this number but they didn't leave a message. I am a United Healthcare customer and they've tried to contact me and my wife about a free home health assessment. But they've always left a message (and I've blocked the number because they keep calling despite me telling them I'm not interested). This number, however, was identified as SPAM by Google (though I don't know how they determine that). With the number of robocalls today, I don't answer any number that doesn't have the company name in the caller ID and if they don't leave a message they have no chance of getting a call-back.

The number is an outward bound phone number used by RN case managers for AARP/United Healthcare. It's legit and they're just doing their job--which is to promote wellness. If you ask, you will get a real name and a toll-free number at which to call back.

Call came in from 763-274-3899.Caller wanted DOB, and verify zip code. Told himn he should tell me that info and i woudl verify.,He said can't do that so i said call another sucker. I told him I may be old but certainly not stupid.He also gave me a different number 888-863-8295 x 30513

Stop lying. Their "job" is to help maximize the profits of the INSURANCE COMPANY they WORK FOR.Any benefit to policyholders is purely coincidental and unintended. If you don't think the INSURANCE COMPANY is making enough money and screwing enough honest people over, then you are encouraged to cooperate with to the fullest.OTHERWISE HANG UP.
