They said they were closing a trading platform and were reimbursing all lost funds back to the investors. They said I had $20,000 which they would deposit into my e-wallet, but I had to pay for taxes and admin cost before they could release the funds. The expenses were about $3000 all up. He became angry and insistent that it was not a scam.
