Federal grant dept supposedly, tell them my number is on do not call list, they hang up. Tell them to remove my number, they hang up. Cant call back
Someone called asking for someone other than me. He spoke very broken English. I told him the person was not me and to please take me off of list. He hung up immediately with no response.
