I got the same however I found out it is Florida Power and Light. I don't owe any money to them so I guess they are forwarding some kind of recorded message to customers for some reason. Suggest if you don't want the call put them on the DO NOT CALL LIST.
I answered the call today and it was from Florida Power & Light. It was a voice recorded message that they are coming to read the meters this week and asked to make sure I put my dog inside.
caller-id indicates caller as "unavailable". calling at all times of day. no message or party on the line. very annoying!
FPL calling asking for someone who used to have my phone #, I assume it was for collection of unpaid dues. You can opt out if you are not the one who they asked for by pressing 2, then press 8.
Yep, it's FPL. I hit the "Opt-Out" on the key pad long ago when they first started calling. Like that was going to work,,, uh-huh. The girl who had my phone number before me owes them money and now I get the calls for it. Thanks, FPL. The Opt-Out does NOT do SQUAT!
