Mr. Logan claiming to be from the law office of Brian Ardale. Apparently there is no such law office and it is a collection agency impersonating a law office. Calling them back tomorrow, will report back when I have more info! This site is amazing! :)

They've been calling my home phone, which is unlisted, and phoning my place of employment to harass me or other employees. Thankfully, my boss won't cater to people trying to intimidate her.Anyways, they're a collection agency and most definitely NOT a law office as they claimed to be when speaking to my boss (and others).When I actually spoke to them today, the second woman I had the displeasure of dealing with threatened me with "doing it the hard way" with regard to my job. She was yelling at me, because I didn't feel the need to give her my current address. Why should I have to when she can find my place of employment as well as my brand new, unlisted phone number?By the way, I didn't receive any paper documentation prior to the phone calls, at this new address or my last two addresses (which I lived at for 3 years and 2 and a half years, respectively). And this "outstanding account" (which I paid in full back in 2007, and closed the account altogether) is years old. So there was plenty of time before the harassing phone calls started for them to send me documentation, or to get notice from the original lender that the credit card company f*cked up and didn't actually apply my last payment to the amount I owed them, which sent my account into default.

Does anyone have any other information on this company? Like the name or a fax number for them. TYhey called looking for my husband and when I expalined that he was unavailable "Mr. Logan" was very rude and hung up on me as I was asking for more information. Any help would be great thanks.

I have been getting the same calls but nobody is on the other line...everyday....same time of day....very annoying!!!!!

i get phone calls from them everyday and it's so annoying!! A man named Paul and when I asked him what it was regarding, he said it was for Avarice Alliance. Once I goggled it, it was something for a computer game but when I google the phone number I came across these posts. Prior to these annoying calls, I haven't received any kind of paper work either.

These clowns just called me - wrong number, they are asking for Mark and refuse to believe that he isn't here - I said I was hiding him in the basement and they weren't allowed to talk to him - kinda fun messing with them. No idea what they really want, but I don't mind wasting their time :)

Above statement has a few incorrect statements.Please get proper advice from a lawyer, a collection expert or the appropriate Provincial Ministry and/or deal with the situation and make arrangements.

Looks like you must work for them!
