Just like you I always get automated messages from Express Scripts notifying me that I have a prescription to be filled in the next few days.
No message was left. Given other comments about this number on 800.notes, it could have been a call from Express Scripts, but I have no way of knowing for sure.
Call from exspress scripts-- no message but call back you get automated voice stating who they are! Informing your automated order is being processed.
This is a legitimate call from Express Scripts. It is a pharmacy that many insurance companies use for those covered to fill 90 day supplies of medications. It is not a scam.
It's not a scam! Jeez. Express scripts always calls ten days before refilling a prescription set up for auto-refill. ESRX.COM is a valid web address, it just redirects you to express-scripts.com and if you login using your credentials you will see all your prescriptions and data. It is perfectly reasonable to just go to express-scripts.com yourself and validate that you have an auto-refill that is about to occur.
Got a call from this #. Was a legitimate call reminding me they were going to process a refill and if I had any changes, to contact them. However, they called my cell and had no caller ID name, which is annoying, so I did not pick up. They left a VM msg.
I also have express scripts and they always leave me a message when they are reminding me of a refill or anything to do with my account and never ask for my DOB they have information. Scam call.
I will not give my birthdate to an automated call. If Ex Scripts wants info from me, send a human caller!

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
