I just got a call & no message left. Didn't answer either as I answered once & a robo caller wanted bday, ss#, etc. may be Ex Scrip, but they know how to contact me via e-mail.
They called me also, but they ask personally identifying questions similar to a phishing call. Best advice never respond to any call that asks for your personal information even if it's legitimate! Express Scripts should change their policy on this.
I got a call from 800-316-9180 and I dont answer calls that I dont recognize the number and I dont call the number back, to let them know they number they called is a working number. I also use Mr Number
My phone rang once and then the call ended. No voice mail. However, I found a text message from the same number. All it said was "I'm in class." I didn't respond. Maybe someone is spoofing Express Scripts' number.
We are a business and do not have any connection with Express Scripts. What shows up on Caller ID says Toll-Free Number. When these people call and find out they have reached a business, they do not respond to the greeting and we hang up. If you have given these people your birth date or other sensitive information, you have likely had your identity stolen. Don't be dumb!
If Express Scripts is legitimate, why do they use so many numbers, and why do they hide their identity on caller ID?? Seems shady to me.
If you receive a call with the CID identifying the origin showing the White House in Washington, D. C. will you believe it's the POTUS asking for your opinion? You're a dumbass if you do. Same with all incoming cold calls that appear to be from Express Scripts. Do research BEFORE you post nonsense. Common sense thinkers are laughing at you right now because they know you're a complete moron.
It's not express scripts. They always leave a message of some kind identifying who they are and tell you to get in touch with them. Do not give out your information if they call you.
