My suggestion? Have Express Scripts use email or USPS for communication. Blind calling from unknown or previously unknown numbers is suspicious to say the least.
This is not a scam. This is Express Scripts calling with a message. I checked their message against an order I had and it is legitimate. If a human speaks to you and asks for your birthdate, etc., it is because they are enforcing confidentiality by ensuring they have the actual account holder on the phone.
why does the message say to go to exis.com? have you googled exis.com? it has noting to do with express-scrips.
ExpressScripts mail-order pharmacy - This is NOT a telemarketer or bill collector or scam. Unfortunately there isn't a category in the "Call type" menu for legitimate business calls.
If I don't recognize a number I don't pick up. That's why I check 800 Notes before I return a call.
This has to be a scam call of some sort. When they leave a message they say to go to exis.com and the phone number is 800-316-9180. The real Express Scripts website is www.express-scripts.com and their phone number is 800.282.2881 or an 877 number. I've never even googled the company or anything similar and I got the call.
This is a call from Express Scripts notifying that an automatic prescription will be filled on XXX day, and if there are changes to contact them. It is not a scam.
