I also received calls from them.They call at least 3 times a day and they leave really scary messages. I called my friend who is working for a credit counselling firm and he gave them a call and he told me that they cannot even find my name in their system so he told them to remove me from the list of which they said they did but up to now the guy is still calling.

I aslo keep getting this call. It scared the daylights out of me. I called back and it went to a voice mail with some lady. It was the same man voice as you all had though.

Phone rings. Recorded message identifying caller as Robert Rush, every day for about 2 weeks. Then a gentler-voiced male caller, once. I report these calls on the "Donotcall.gov site each time they accur. No calls last weekend. Calls resumed on Monday. On Wed. call came, recording asked that we hold on for an important message: a living voice named Candace Silver asked to speak to someone who does not live here. When I told her the number was wrong, she wanted to know how long we had had this number. I asked her to remove the number from her call list, because we'd been getting calls for three weeks. She told me not to yell at her, which I was not, and hung up the phone.

IDk My boyfriend called me at work to tell me of this msg. he gave me the number and i have been trying to call them but cannot seem to get anyone.

The calls didn't start until I had my number changed. They never ask for any one person. Which I have always found odd, b/c why not ask for the person you are calling, I refuse to call them back since they don't ask for anyone. I have been getting all kinds of these different calls, and it can't be for us b/c we've only had this number for about a week.

I have been receiving one to two calls from this number per week. They never ask to speak to me or my husband, they just leave the same message everyone else has been receiving... we have been asked to make a decision regarding you.... we want your side of the story...not a collection or sales call, etc. Like everyone else, I never call them back. Has anyone had anything negative happen or anything result of these calls like the messages state? The number they say to call back is 1-800-373-9358 and to ask for John Regal. My caller id number shows a different number each time they call, however.

These jokers are actually called "Professional Recovery Services Inc." and they are located out of New Jersey. I have recieved a couple of calls from them in the past 2 weeks. They are a collection company for HSBC bank , I have been laid off of work for a while and told them that,they say that they can offer me a settlement but I have to give them my checking info and agree to them taking 2 payments out of my account. I told them I would do the settlement but would only send them in money orders and of course they tell me that is not how they work. I want to clear this matter up but am not going to give anyone my checking info or any other info for that matter. They also use several different numbers too,1-866-486-2121,1-866-854-2113
