I too have had many calls from them. They have got to have serious issues when you tell them that you will pay the bill when you can. I know I owe it I am planning on paying it so I don't need you calling me 3 times a day to keep telling me that I owe it. I know that people run up bills and there are people that just run them up and never pay them but I owe a few hundred and they act like it is millions, They are ignorant when they call and they pry to get any information they can, And then they go as far as to ask you to borrow the money or to take a loan, Hello! You have me in collectionss so how am I supposed to take a loan out moron? I wish that they could only call you one time and that was it, but of course it will never be that way, There should be repurcutions to them for doing and saying some of the things they do. Like to call friends or family members to get them to pay or to give out your information to them. I am just fed up with them.

I got a small malicious message from these ppl NCO 1-800-414-4352 and a refference number saying if i dont call by the end of this day such and such would happen who the hell do they think they are and all that rage for apparently a book club bill for 44 dollars? its a freaking joke a book club i think i was in in 1987 and NOW they decide to call what is the world comming to they didnt even have my number they went trough my family to get my number pothetic ppl with those jobs seriously need a REAL job. and add get a life to that one. the account number she gave me for this so called bill dosent even match the one i have on file and im suppose to make the payment to them not to the original company? yeah right you see this number i suggest you hang up unless they give you the proper info they called you but yet they need to comfirm your number? your adress? and your name? for hells sake.

They kept calling me until finally I got sick of it and called them back. The guy they had been looking for was someone who'd lived in my house as a tenant under the previous owner. He was a bad person - hardcore druggie and deadbeat. So - I called NCO and told them that the guy was of no fixed address now and that I'd appreciate not getting calls about him because he was probably in jail or dead - they said they would take me off the mailing list (yeah, I'd been getting stuff in the mail for this guy) and they'd stop calling me regarding his account. The girl on the phone was actually quite friendly and appologised for the inconvenience. We'll see if they actually do stop calling but I have no reason to think they would keep calling now.

Called my cell phone, left a message for me to call this 1-800 number back in regards to an important business matter. Than they left a very garbled reference number. My husband told me not to call back as there are several phone scams going on right now. So I went to look it up and found dozens of sites. People were complaining about this number, stating they were being harassed repeatedly by this "unknown company" for no apparent reason, sometimes on a daily basis.
