Why post false information on here? 1-800-430-3886 is USAA and you knew that when you posted this - but chose to show your ignorance.
First of all, you're responding to a poster from 2012. Secondly, numbers are often "spoofed" to make it look like a legitimate business is calling. He's not the one showing his ignorance.
It IS the fraud dept at USAA, they also text me. its ligit i called the regular number though incase. Saved me thousands charged in a day.
Sorry Bingo, you are wrong. This *IS* how your bank works. This is the Credit Card fraud line, and they are contacting you to make sure some recent purchases/card use is correct. You can even VERIFY this number is your bank's number by going to your bank's website and verifying it among the listed numbers.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
