American Airlines confirming a flight reservation. Called over two weeks before departure date which made me nervous since my trip included a pet carry-on. When I called back to make sure that the reservation was still confirmed the agent was slighty snotty to me...Hey crazy lady you called me FIRST...

The same thing has happened to me twice now! I sceduled a flight off of completely different airlines twice, and this number has called me saying that my information was incorrect and for "security" purposes I needed to give them my personal information. I called my actual airline and they had no record of a problem BOTH times. This is most definitely a scam. Do not call the operator back and give them any info whatsoever.

Call made to my company's administrative line at 11:45pm. Picked up by voicemail as it was after hours.The voicemail was as follows:"Snooooki. Snooki....(4second pause)....Snooki!....(4 second pause)....SNOOKI?"It's very possible that we currently have reservations pending with AA, but we don't know a Snooki.

American Airlines letting me know of a flight delay for an actual flight my wife is on. It was an automated message, not a live person.

Received an automated call stating " this is AA calling confirm your upcoming flight info." nothing else was said or any other info given. I *69 the phone line in order to get the number that just called. To my surprise when I google the number it came up as AA and I came across this site to post my comment. This call was received at a business and none of the partners had any trips planned. I say this is definitely some type of scam and that AA should be notified.

These people keep calling and telling me to pick up someone at Ohare airport! WTF!? Stop calling me!

received 10 calls on 12/26/11 from this number. I am assuming it's something from AA as reported by several others. I am 12 and do not have a flight w/AA. They didn't leave a vm.I'd like something done about this.

It is an American Airlines flight status call I received after asking to be notified. To those who are getting these calls for no apparent reason, it may be because someone indicated a wrong phone number, maybe?

Received 6 calls from as saying that my flight was going to arrive ar7pm and they called a day later, it was a bad automated system left inmy voicemail because I never answer 800 # I dunk its definitely a scam I will defiantly block this number so they don't call me back again at 4am

How can some of these be legit and others seem like a scam??? I'm at the airport waiting to board in one hour for an American flight so it could certainly be legit -- yet so many others here talk about theses calls being a bit weird.... Anyway, no message left yet, and I didn't answer.
