Nobody at 800notes can stop calls for any other anonymous person on the internet. Take some responsibility yourself and block the number.
Sparkletts used to call once to remind me of delivery the next day whether I answered the call or not. Now when I don't answer, they are calling over and over and over again.
i love your water... (clearly. been a customer since 2004) .....BUT, your customer service is one of the worst i have ever had. its almost like a lack of communication... many problems in the past. have gone without product so many times. twice in the last month... sick and tired of paying for a service i rarely receive... if i dont get a call (and at least a free case of product) tomorrow, u can consider me a FORMER CLIENT!
