I emailed Merrill Lynch/Bank of America today.. the call back I rcvd was from Merrill Lynch. This call was because I wanted to be communicated to.. this is not a prank/political/collections/telemarketer call.
This is a Merrill Lynch customer service number. If they called you it's because you called them or you have an account with them and they want to remind you that human help with your account is only a phone call away. While I dont need help it seems sincere that they want to be sure that I take advantage of all the no cost services available to me.
No, this is truly ML/BOA. They called me because I reported having trouble depositing checks with a mobile device.
I found your response interesting. It did show Merrill Lynch and wondered why they would call and leave NO message. I do NOT have an account with them, so that can't be the reason for calling here. I wonder why they called here. For me, I think they wanted to sell something. Couldn't be important when NO message, as I stated, was left. To me, it is a telemarketer for the company. First time they ever called here.
This is ML's stupid 3rd party damage control company. Don't waste your time, they are simply trying to get info from you so they can doctor their records to cover their [***] on the f*** ups they did to you.I hate Merrill Lynch and have dumped them forever.
