they call our work non stop for an ex-employee (from years ago). they dont get the message that we have nothing to do with him, this crud should be illegal!
After a zillian calls I decided to call them back. Dialed the number 800-733-1116, hit 1 for english, then * several times until I got a live person. Gave them my name and phone number and asked them to take me off their call list. The representative told me that another person had used my phone number on their Sears card application. We will see if the calls ever stop.........
i beleive thay can only call you 1 time every 3 days, but most will keep trying until being told they will be reported.
When I answered the phone they would ask me if I was who I was, my answer was who is calling and they would not tell me who they were. I told them that since they called and refused to tell me who they were they could take a hike and not to call this number again. That did not stop the calls, finally had to retain an attorney and told them to call the attorney, it finally stopped!!!!
I just received another call from this number!!! No message was left!!! Please stop calling my number!!!

I keep getting calls from 800-733-1116 multiple times EVERY day!!! I have no debt to Sears or CitiBank. They need to stop calling!!!! Is this something I need to take to the Attorney General?
I keep getting calls even after I cut my Card into pieces and mailed the pieces to them, when they would not correct a charge than was not mine. I finished my payments but they continue to call. My lawyer says it is suppose to against the FDC rules to use the cell number that way.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call
