This is "Rooms To Go" a funtature company and this was the 2 day advance warning for delivery by their automated system. (Sep 5, 2007)
i spoke to my sales personne and i told her that there is no one a the house before 12 pm delivery should be after 12 30 pm
This is definitely Rooms to Go with a two day warning that someone should be at the house on Saturday to deliver my purchase. This one is definitely legit.
This is the second automatic call from Rooms To Go. They gave enough notice (2 weeks respectively 2 days) for the furniture delivery.
These people are committing unrelieved harrassement just to get us to answer the phone. We don't have a reason to deal with these people at all.
Sales Person told that i have a cocktail table ready for delevery. Ask him why are you giving me a Cocktable. He said tha i had already paid for it.So isaid when did i pay for it he said in september I told him it was kind of late for delivery is;t he laugh.Then he ask me my address. I told him to mail it to my Postoffice box. he laugh again. for some reason he didn't think he could get Cocktable into a postoffice.Realy i don't think he could it in either.He also ask me did i live on longcross st i told him i never heard of it.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
