The first call I got it was a male's voice was on the other side. He was super nervous. He asked me if a have a TD Bank account. That's when I knew it was a false call. I called him out and said I said I will not answer any questions, and he transferred me an automatic answering machine. Second time a very confident young's women's voice telling me that TD bank is a financial institution not a bank. Another clue it was a false call. I have no active accounts with TD bank. So I asked her to please provide me the phone number that I will call her back at a more convenient time. She said I can call 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm to this number# 800-806-8840. I am happy I did not fall into there trap. I am just heart broken to hear young people on the other side of the phone scamming people. I will never give anyone any personal information to anyone.

I just got a call from this number (1800-806-8840) and a machine told me to call them TD Bank to address an urgent matter. I called the number twice and it rang several times until the call was disconnected. Never got an answer or voicemail.

9/17/15-i just received a call as well from this number and when asking for why they are calling they wouldn't tell me unless i gave them date of birth and social, etc.

the actual phone number on my called ID was 201 818 4000 but when they said to call back it's the 800 806 8840 number. creepy
