Please pass this fraud on to the real UPS customer service center by simplying call the real 800 number that may be found in the phone book, or google it.This site has identified the real fraud letter making its way through the USPS. If you noticed the scammer has made it to this web site also. They'll reply with answers such as" this is the real deal" or "I was transferred to another 800 number and everything was taken care of". Please don't fall for the wrong billing information either. This scammer has been changing P.O. Boxes like the plaque and this boiler plate operations are hard to track down. Best thing you can do is spread the word, you would not believe how many people blindly send a check or register at their fraudulant web site.

Looks like B.S. to me. Package sent from Virgina to Maryland and charged to me? What for? No explanation. Don't fall for this one, people.

same thing, got UPS invoice with my maiden name called UPS and they said it was a mistake on their part and they would correct it. While I was on the phone with the next woman to delete my account I came across this website and hung up on her, and called UPS actual number from the website.The man said it was their number BUT he still transferred me directly. It was all a mistake on finace departments partIf you are unsure call UPS directly.

I got this invoice today in the mail, called the number on the invoice 1-800-811-1648 and had the charge reversed. Then I called UPS directly from the website number and they confirm the bill is in process of being reversed. So in my case it was a billing mistake.

This is a scammer collecting fresh Data to sell (Names and addresses). They found your name and address somewhere and they want to confirm it and sell it. do not let them confirm it.Don't bother calling the number on the fake bill.And (of course) do not mail anything to that P O box.

I got message from credit card company that a charge had been placed on the card by UPS "internet*internetshipwaybil. I did not do any business recently with UPS so I called them to challenge the charge. UPS rep said they couldn't do anything and that I need to take up issue with credit card company.Somehow, my credit card info has been compromised. Time to cancel card and to check out possible charges to every card I now have.

The number and letter are legitimate and not fake. The number cited may be for Collections, but you can clear it up by calling the main UPS number and connecting to Billing with any questions and to pay by phone.
