They keep calling and it is making me nervous. If I owe, send another bill.

It's a scam agency. they wanted me to pay a bill for an ER visit within the last year, and j haven't even been to the hospital for 3 and a half years. It's a BS company.

It is a medical bill collection agency owned by HCA. We were rear ended and our lawyer sent the hospital a notification of representation. They sent the bills to the hospitals lawyer thinking it was ours. DO NOT TALK ON THE PHONE. Send them written communication. I have power of attorney for my wife and they refuse to deal with me. THEY WILL report to all 3 credit bureaus and trash your credit. My wife was billed $3000.00 for an x-rays that an assistant read wrong. Once it was properly read she was called back for emergency spine stabilization.. $1890 for a physician assistant to improperly interpret and treat. The Dr. Supervising was at a New Years Party intoxicated.

The accounts aren't bought. They have a contract with the hospital. Had an account on my credit. I decided to call the hospital and verify. Maybe you should reach out to the hospital.

This company is the worst! They leave about 5 messages a day on my phone, and it never says who they are. I guess that when my phone clicks over to voicemail, they don't hear the outgoing VM message, so they spend about a minute saying, "Hello. Hello. Hello, are you there? We're calling for (insert customer name here). Hello. Hello. Hello?" They've probably left me 30 messages in the past 2 weeks, and not one ever said who they are or how I can reach them. Annoying.

I'm a career fraud investigator, and I just received a recorded phone message from this number claiming to be a "debt collector calling on behalf of Valley View Medical Center...." As others have pointed out, this number is listed to Medicredit. We have no outstanding bills, medical or otherwise, and we never answer or return calls to presumed scammers.

If they are leaving messages for your son it's illegal and he can get $1000 for FDCPA violations tell him to e mail me for a good lawyer and they also pay his legal fees usfundinfrep@aol.com

This company calls at all hours of the day and night. They either leave no message or a taped nonsensical message. This has gone on for a couple of months. I got no answer when I called them. I owe no money to anyone. I even went as far as contacting doctors' offices and the hospital I went to within the past few years, to check on any balance due that I might have missed or any issues. There are none.

That is very good advice, but in my case, the alleged hospital Medicredit refers to doesn't even exist in our state, and we haven't been to a hospital. Either they've reached a wrong number, or they've been misinformed, or they're just scammers.
