They’ve called all hours & days finally left a message for me to return a call to a diff # regarding my acct at 53 bank (my mortgage is w them) I have never been late (16th) spoke to Oscar he says these calls are generated if your payment isn’t made by the 1st bcuz it’s considered LATE to them!! Then asked me to pay on my credit card I don’t have one w them!! He said oh wrong account Then said hadn’t received a payment from me since August!! Wrong again!! I gave him dates correcting him I honestly wonder about this bank! Then mentioned my ATM Card??? R u kidding?? I only have a mtg there I don’t have an ATM card he argued that I do. I am calling Monday as Customer Service is closed on the weekend only his ‘Collections debt’, is open 7 days a week!! My payment isn’t late until the 16th!! WTH I’m so sorry First Federal sold my loan to them. As soon as I clear up this ATM card business blocking !!

They claim this number is 5/3 bank. They are telling you to call to verify some recent account information. No one at our number has a 5/3 account so it seemed suspicious. They do tell you that you can verify the account information at the 5/3 website. The guy answered the phone as 5/3, i just told him to stop calling and they did. The caller ID came up strange, but we use Vonage and that is common

I got the same call. The woman gave me my account balances after I gave her my bank number and social. I think it is legit. If not I'm in trouble. I can't seem to reach anyone at my bank tonight. I'll call them in the morning. There has been no activity on the account today--I just got the call this morning.

I got the call twice. The first time I went though an automated menu to reach someone in checking who asked for a bunch of personal information. They were then to transfer me to fraud, but the transfer never went through. I called back and I got someone else who said they would never ask for that information., SHe said the number was not a 5th 3rd number, yet I had used it to reach her. Very strange.

Get these calls 6 times a day. They asked for personal info. Said that I have an account with them. I do not have a account with them. They are constantly have fraud issues when I am not associated with them at all. They were asked to stop calling this number because they call when I am a work this aggravates my boss.

This is 5/3 bank, and they usually all to let you know your account is overdrawn. This is a legit call. If you do not have an account with them, then they are calling your number in error, as they have it listed for someone else.

Each morning for about the last 5 days there has been a voice message on my work phone. It claims to be from 5/3 bank and says there is unusual activity on my account and I must call this number. I never had any account with 5/3. The message doesn't identify me by name. I am ignorming it for now.

For the past two days I've been receiving called from this 800-837-5745 toll free caller. I get a message about unusual account activity. And they ask that I call back to the same number. No one in my household has a 5th/3rd bank account. I haven't received any other calls previously, and I've had my number for 4+ years. Thinking about calling and asking them to remove my number.

Its Fifth third Bank. It is legit !
