Angel said she was from the "Real" Yellow Pages. I passed her off to our Office Manager.
A not so nice lady keeps calling me from AT&T. We are all paid, she says we are not. I keep asking for a breakdown of our bill as she cannot tell me what payment was missed. She cannot be bothered to send one, just keeps calling. Like I'm really just gonna stroke a check on her say so? I've stopped answering their calls. Very poor return on investment too.
Don't send these people money; the 'Yellow Pages' name and LOGO are NOT trademarked and scammers use it to scare you into sending them money. These people are liars and cheaters; they don't have anything from me but they claim that I singed up - BS.
They keep calling my number, however I don't have an account with them. The company I used to work for does, but my number wasn't the billing contact, it was the number on the add for clients to contact. I haven't worked for that company for 5 years...and YP still calls...they don't even ask for me, they ask for my old boss. I have told them DOZENS of times that I am not the person they should be calling, and they say they are taking me off their list, but they never do.
800 892 9490 is YP advertising. They asked to market for our company and get us new leads. The calls we receive from YP's efforts have nothing to do with what we do. After 6 months not one job and very few to no calls every month with one exception. YP. YP calls me up to 6-7-8 times a week wanting money for the ads they claim are helping us yet we get no calls but YP. How many ways do I say that? How many ways can I tell them to cancel whatever they think they are billing me for because it's a huge FAILURE. It it worked, I would do it and be a fool not too. It does not work.It's more like YP harassing me daily. Don't make the same mistake.
this number calls me. I cancelled my contact within the 10 day time. But they still billed me, plus since I went into my account thru the website and removed my credit card, please just went ahead and got a new card. I have told these people now for 5 months that, I cancelled my policy within the 10 day time, after a voice signature. Is that even legal?I have filled a complaint with the BBB.Cause now they say I owe them 4 months of payments for my YP advertisement. which i have not found on their website. the lawyers at PPA (professional photography of america) have added me to their long list of photographers who are getting scammed out of their hard earn money, when YP does nothing in the advertising world.Plus, when I called the first time after receiving my past due bill, I call the billing number and question it. They said someone would get back in touch with me in the next few days. Sadly three weeks go by, and the phone call happens. That person, Diamond, told me that my account manager and her manager would call me soon. Nope nothing. It has been 4 months now. No calls, no returing my emails. Nothing. Today received another call about a past due bill. I told that lady that should could take it up with my PPA lawyers, and gave her their number. Plus told her, to put on my account, that if someone from YP ever called my personal, business, or home phone ever again. That my business lawyer will personal sue that individual.YP is a scam
foolishly, we have 2 accounts with AT&T. We never get any traffic...only the constant calls from this number. This time, their robo only said "Thanks for calling". We didn't call them. This advertising is a HUGE waste of money! We GAVE UP on all of this long ago. We have sent them breakdowns of our 2 accounts in full 3 times. Each charge listed and each payment listed. They "lost" one payment...no idea which one because they just apply to a balance, not an invoice. (That in itself is dumb accounting.) AND they applied payments to the wrong accounts so they charged us late fees in error while the other account has a CREDIT BALANCE. We now actually mail SEPARATE CHECKS in SEPARATE ENVELOPES but they still have not applied the misapplied payments correctly and credited the late fees charged in error! A supervisor will never call you back. They will not deal with you by email. Apparently they ignore snail mail. OH PLEASE JUST SHUT US OFF AND END MY NIGHTMARE!!!
yellow page witch again. Tell her every month to have a supervisor call and speak with the owner. We have sent 3 detailed breakdowns to them with no response. We have more than one account and they applied monies paid to the WRONG account and then charged us late fees due to their error. We have had enough. Many other advertising venues out there that actually WORK. Hey Yp. Talk to you soon!! And, we'll tell you the same. ZERO return on investment and not paying your fraudulent late fees.
