keeps calling asking for someone not at address and asking to talk to pertaining to important message calling once per day around 1:00 pm

Whoever this is has called our home everyday asking for someone who doesn't live here for about the last year and a half.

I, too, had the distinct Displeasure of speaking to Ms. Tia Jones. She was beligerant and refused to listen to me. Finally, after a very heated exchange, she told me I could fax them a Cease and Desist letter to stop all calls and correspondence. Believe me, I did.

The "Do Not Call" does not apply here because it is not a solicitation, it is a credit collection call.

Received a call and I told the woman to stop calling. Told her we are on do not call list. She said she wasn't selling anything and she could call. Said they will not remove our number. We have no debts and do not have any idea why they call here every day!
