Is a scammer that is using internet as phone to hide his/her scam. Yah, they use some kind of internet Telephony software package or other to represent one number as another. Its freakin' sneaky
All you have to do is call or e-mail the Federal Trade Commission and they will investigate. Even if you have any other complaints about anything they are the ones to call. DO NOT BE AFRAID AND STOP COMPLAINING AND DO IT!
Legit phone number about me needing Verizon to help me locate my phone. They definitely helped! I got my phone back.
I think the real problem here is that this number is a scammer pretending to be verizon, asking for personal info and making people think they owe money.
This is NOT Verizon - It's a scam. They are spoofing a Verizon number in an attempt to get your Verizon Password and/or other personal information. Don't fall for it! Verizon would not call you and ask for you password. If you had a credit coming, they would apply it to your bill.....
