This is UNION BANK for sure!! I'm on phone w the # on the back of my debit right now, bc I freaked out. They are making sure charges were not fraudulent. All gravy, folks!

Claims to be Union Bank investigating a scam. They are the scam. Union Bank does not know anything about them. BE CAREFUL. They are phishing for your pin numbers.

Vm claiming to be Union Bank. After I checked some of the web posting, called them and said I'd like to check with my local Union Bank to verify before giving out information. Lady recommended I call the customer service number on the back of my card if I was uncomfortable giving her the info. Called the number and my card had been blocked due to a large purchase I had made. So, I don't know if this number is Union Bank but you can always call the number on your card.

I got a call from 619-645-4100 on my cell and home phone. The recording that I received was very scratchy and could not make out what was said. I could make out to call 800-941-8492. I called the customer service on the back of my card. The person I talked to looked at my account and said the Fraud Department did call to report 3 transactions on my debit card they felt were suspicious. And they were. Card was declined on these transactions. Lucky for me I did not have much money in the account. Always check with your bank by calling the customer service department given on the back of your card. I still would not trust the number given in voice mails. Oh, and this goes out to jendar. What's so funny? Laugh all you want, because fraud is not funny. Union Bank is out of their minds having you employed by them.

No, this is not a scam. It IS Union Bank. I called the number on the back of my Union Bank debit card and verified that number was from their Fraud Dept.

I just got this scam again

I got this call today too and it is actually the Union Bank Fraud Department. I spoke to Union Bank directly. 800 941 8492 is the fraud dept and the 619 645 4100 is the local number they dial from. I was pleased when I found out it was legit!

this is Union Bank's fraud dept. I called customer service to verify because i felt odd about calling another number. i had a HUGE fraud charge on my account. was thankful they caught it.

I notified Union Bank that our account info was in a computer that was stolen from a large health care provider. There were several charges that were questionable on the account. We closed out the card and then it will be reissued later. I was very happy with the help I received on the phone. He went out of his way to verify that everything was true.
