Called me for the first time today. Collections, apparently. I don't have any debts so confused by this call. Most likely someone using my phone number when they write checks. I called the number and left a message threatening legal action if this continues. Only gave them my phone number as reference because I intend to answer the next call and ask them what my name is. Most likely, it won't be my name on the collection.

They call once in a while, they have called me a few times random. They leave a message, they get my name correct, but I dont return the calls. I have school loans, that I always pay on time, so no need to call them back, specially if they are asking for personal information. My advice is to not answer, if you have debt but make your payments on time, and if your checking account has no fraudulent activity you are clear.

Call received at 5:00 PM EST.11/20/2013. Caller identified himself as calling for CPI Security and asked if I was familiar with their company. I told him I was but had never done business with them nor would I do business with them and he shouldn't be calling my number and to take it off his calling list, and then filed a complaint with DONOTCALL.GOV (which is useless but I did it anyway).

Some BS Credit company asking for someone I have never heard of (Cynthia McAllister)I have had this phone number for over 5 years... GET A CLUE!

calls 3 times a day. leaves no message. if i answer, he asks for my wife, when i ask if i can take a message, he say he will call back then hangs up.

NUMBER COMES ON MY CELL PHONE AT LEAST TWICE A DAY, BUT I DO NOT ANSWER, NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE..

Called my cell, left no message. Called the 800 # from my work phone, as it comes up as unavailable on caller ID. Answered as 'FED-CHEK', looking for Cynthisa McAllister. I advised that the number they dialed had never belonged to anyone by that name. They said sorry and hung up quickly.

Some "Credit" company asking for someone I have never heard of - actually got a human when answered this time - notified them they were violating Federal No-call list and had been reported.
