They have called our house several times in the last few weeks. We too get them late at night after us "early birds"are already asleep. We live in NYstate. They have been placed on our "do not call list" but we are still troubled by them. We do not have T-Mobile.Somebody DO something!

801-823-2021 called 70 minutes ago for political research on the Presidential and State Senate campaign in my state. At the end of the detailed survey (10 minutes) they asked me to state my name, phone number, and answer "Yes" if I was in the phone book in case her manager needs to confirm. Sounds like a scam. Not sure who they really are, but they don't know who I am either.

I had just purchased a new cell from T-Mobile and - in the span of time before my old number ported - I got 3 calls from 823-2020 and 823-2021. I answered the third call and it was a phone survey from T-Mobile. Apparently, this number and others in sequence (-2020,-2021, etc.) belongs to Western WATS Data Collection (www.westernwats.com) in Ogden UT. Their direct line is 801-373-7735 for the in-house no call list.

Today's call is the 2nd call in recent weeks and I picked up the phone and actually talked to the man on the other end. I asked him if he is aware of my National No Call phone number and he said his survey service is exempted from the No Call provisions. I told him that I disagree and I would report him. He hang up on me.

I received a call from 823-3021 at 5:11 pm Pacific Daylite time on 10-23-08.I did not answer and they didn't leave a message.

I was called last night- The call comes from a company call Opionology. Obviously they are conducting a political survey commissioned by the Republicans as all their questions were leading questions aimed at making the Democrats sound like fools. Try again this voter was not fooled by your tactics.

get calls from 1-801-823-2021 3 times a day for a week now. When I pick up there's no one. What kind of a scam is that one?

Got a call from 801-823-2021 but, left no message so I called back and its an independent research center. I hung up because I do not have time to go through their survey. Get calls from this number at least 6 times a day. I don't know anyone in Ogden, UT, or any OTHER area in Utah for that matter. Want the calls to stop!
