Some sort of research telemarketer. I hung up on them. They hung up on me a couple of minutes before.
Man with strong foreign accent requested to speak with the person in charge of internet and phone decisions.
When they called, I waited a few seconds then someone clicked on and asked for my wife. I started breathing heavy and talking dirty to them until THEY hung up. Remember, it's not a prank phone call if they call you. :)
