This call comes in at all times of the day. It shows as out of area call. Sometimes it is number available. I received calls early in the morning and again all day and then at 9:30PM. No messages are ever left and this is a nuisance.

Don't know what they are looking for.

Called & did not answer when I picked up

The calls are done to random phone numbers. The phone company that is doing the calls is collecting CABS 2-3c per call from the telephone companyowners of a given number they call to.You make 1 million calls per day, 30 days a month ... you do the math.It is one of those things that telecom companies or telecom savvy peopledo to take advantage and collect money of certain telecommunications rules.

Constant calls from these 801 numbers..2, 3 or me a day. I don't answer...thankful for Caller ID. Whatever happened to the government's no-call list? I am getting more unwanted calls than ever!

I get a call from this number at least 4-5 times per week. Never answer it. Just very annoying. They never leave a message either.

The last 3 days I have been getting calls at different times of the day. I have caller id, but don't pick up since this is not a familiar number. No message is left. It's getting to be a nuisance.

Several calls from (801) 823-2023 tonight. The first ones sounded like they originated from a bad cell connection. Snippets of uninteligible voice, then nothing. Several later calls were just silence.Sent email complaint to abuse@pacwest.com.

Called me at 8:30 PM! WTF! Some Chinese woman who could barely speak English....

On May 23rd I received a call from this company at 7:35 PM. When I answered the phone and found that it was in regards to marketing research I told the caller I was not interested. She demanded that she was not a telemarketer. After acknowledging that I gathered as much when she stated she was doing marketing research, I asked to be removed from their call list. Your employee kept disregarding my statements of not wanting to be harassed and continued to attempt to ask questions. Each time the phone went quiet she would ask if I was still on the phone. I simply stated each time “Please take me off your phone list”. Finally after asking to be removed from their call list for about the 4th time, she stated that your company does not fall under the Do Not Call guidelines.I filed a complaint with the FCC as a privacy issue and filed a complaint with the do not call list. Don't know if it will work but it's worth the try. My intention from now on is to answer the phone and waist as much of their time as possible. I sent an email to the company stating most of what I have said here and that I have filed the complaints.
