Criminal scam - claims to be from the SSA criminal investigation division located in Baltimore MD, call actually emanates from Bennington VT. Speaking english with a fairly heavy Indian accent. Called the number back twice, the first time a woman answered. When I asked for address she said Baltimore MD. I asked for street address and she hung up. Second time I called from a different line, because previous line was blocked. A man answered and said his name was Logan Smith, LOL, gave some fake badge number. I told him I was going to check into him.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.
