Definitely about a medical bill. No one calls me by my first name except medical and the government! It wasn't government. I just hung up. I had a small bill but had questions and could NEVER reach a person so I didn't pay. Now they're after me with collections. They should have been available to talk before. They would have been paid promptly. But no... NEVER a real person until it's 3rd party collections.
